You will work at a prominent Italian pharmaceutical company with a global presence and a solid track record of over 130 years in the industry, located in Badalona. With a team of more than 700 professionals in Spain, they are among the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the country. Their current focus covers key areas such as cardiovascular risk, respiratory, analgesia, male sexual health, and the digestive system. Additionally, they are committed to research and development of new products in various therapeutic areas, including oncology.
Función
These tasks will inspire you: – IT project management & innovation: Lead international, significant IT projects using standardised methods to achieve a significant impact. – SAP SD implementation and management: Drive the comprehensive implementation of the SAP SD solution. Your responsibilities include the strategic management of implementation partners, system configuration and maintenance, ensuring smooth system updates, and effective error analysis and correction. – Demand Management Mastery: Lead the demand management process and manage the capture, review, approval and delivery of cost-effective solutions. – Business Technology Nexus: Translate business requirements into high-quality designs for best-in-class IT solutions and act as a key interface between business units and technical teams. – Global Process Harmonisation: Support initiatives to align global business processes and systems through strategic enterprise solutions. – Synergy creation and change management: Build connections between functions and countries, promote synergies between different initiatives, and manage projects with a major impact on the organisation. – Technical optimisation and continuous improvement: Plan, develop, support, and improve IT applications, taking into account the impact of new technologies on the way we work, and advise our customers on selecting the right technologies.
Requisitos
What sets you apart: – At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable (IT) position in a company with a complex structure – Professional experience in SAP, especially in the SD module – Do you love challenges? Seize the opportunity to master complex and demanding tasks with commitment and determination. – As a communication expert, your excellent ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders is your key to success. – Your commitment to first-class and outstanding service makes you an indispensable factor in the success of our team. – Very good English skills, German skills desirable – Knowledge of project and/or change management methods (e.g. PMP, Scrum) is an advantage, but not a prerequisite: We will train you!
